Elemental Oddity: A quirky perk that allows ones element to naturally gain a property that is not naturally associated with that element. This does not give your element any sort of advantage or weakness over another element. It will still make them 100% the same strength/weakness as before. It is purely for flavor purposes or can add a different means of dealing damage, like adding a burning like feature to an element that would not normally have said feature. For example: water that burns like acid. When picking this oddity, please limit the effect to something that is in your element's grimoire tier and do not make it broken. Staff can at any point in time force you to change it. Elements oddity can be turned on or off depending on the spell being used. If a spell is going to utilize the oddity it should be made mention in the spell's creation! Platinum elements and paint cannot be picked as oddities.
Build Up: Players with this perk have the option to charge an attack based spells up for as long as they want building up that spell's power. That particular spell will be treated as having an additional +5 in power per post that it is charged max charge of 3 posts. When charging a player will pay the sustain cost of that spell, on the post that they wish to execute the spell it will cost the spell's full price. Players can only charge up a single spell at a given time!
Description: A big bang inspired spell that is omnidirectional. It produces a dense cloud of Carbon Matter particles and begins the process of solar body creation but stops before completion. The result is an omnidirectional shock wave with Tekina at its epicenter. A massive cloud of her unique carbon matter particles are carried by it. Those within its area of effect are preview to a microcosm of a galaxy due to the natural appearance of her oddity altered element as the particles move about in a dance between solar light and naturally dark carbon. So long as she maintains the cloud of unique carbon particles, Tekina may freely shove and throw objects by using that same carbon matter that surrounds them. This doesn't do physical damage, however the concussive force from the spell shocks those caught in its wake and impacts the Control stat by -4.
