Walk Into a Dungeon. Akane giggled a little bit at the joke she had made up in her head as she remembered who her comrades that would be exploring the dungeon were. Two of them were Lions, though she couldn't say she recognized the names. The other was an Azure Deer, as far as she knew. The name sounded somewhat familiar, though she couldn't for the life of her remember why. She shrugged, feeling that if she didn't remember it than it couldn't have been that important. She looked up towards the dungeon that she would be exploring today, the entrance of the massive thing dark and silent. The evening turning to night did the thing no favors, save for the far away torchlight she could see posted on each side of the entrance. Akane herself was standing near the encampment behind her, underneath a tarp in a chair. If she had to be perfectly honest, this was the first time she had felt like her old animated self in a long time- when she heard of the old dungeon in Nairn reopening she just knew she had to come and take a look. It was dangerous, sure, but really what wasn't? While the grand total of her adventures were somewhat harmless, they wouldn't stay that way. Might as well get ahead of the game, right?
It was nearing about time that the group should arrive together, though if others were early she wouldn't have noticed- so transfixed on the entrance of the dungeon was she. She mentally prepared herself as she waited for other people to arrive, popping in a magically conjured orb of candy to suck on as she waited. What adventures would she get into? Would she die? It was a possibility, if the rumors of those new Magic Knights had died inside of it were true. She felt both contempt for those magic knights and frightened for herself. They didn't make it because they were weak. She wasn't...right? This would be her proving ground. It might not have managed much to the others- there might even be people who could walk in alone and survive. But to somebody who needed to complete this? This felt like trying to climb over a mountain. Akane tried to calm herself down again, focusing on the candy in her mouth instead. No point in worrying now, right? It was almost game time. It was time to enter....
